Interior Design
This project was a comprehensive main floor renovation focused on upgrading functionality and storage in the most used areas of the home, alongside a major exterior refresh to boost curb appeal.
Problems
The home needed extensive updating due to outdated aesthetics and significant functional deficiencies across the interior and exterior:
Kitchen Inefficiency: The kitchen was small and outdated, lacking adequate storage for large items, pots, pans, and appliances. Cooking areas showed food stains and splatter damage.
Water Damage & Storage: The laundry room had water damage, stains on the ceiling, and a complete lack of storage space.
Outdated Rooms: The powder room and flooring were severely outdated.
Exterior Neglect: The driveway had cracks, and the garage doors and front exterior needed paint refreshing and general repair.
General Wear: Existing lighting upstairs needed repair, and the main and upper floors needed repainting.

Solution
The renovation focused on maximizing storage, modernizing the home's look, and resolving underlying damage:
Kitchen & Foyer: The kitchen was fully renovated with new appliances, a tiled backsplash, and additional custom cabinetry to maximize storage, including an extra cabinet for large items and a standing display cabinet. Large format tiles were installed in the kitchen and front foyer.
Lighting & Trim: New lighting was installed in the kitchen, foyer, laundry room, and powder room, while existing upstairs lighting was repaired. New window casings and interior doors were installed on the main and upper floors.
Damage Repair: Water damage was repaired in the laundry room, and the entire ceiling, main floor, and upper floor were repainted.
Interior Updates: The powder room was fully updated with new flooring. The existing fireplace was modernized with a custom built mantel and two wall sconces were added.
Exterior Renewal: The driveway was repaired and paved with asphalt. The front door and garage door were painted. New exterior lighting was installed over the door and garage, alongside new house signage.

Key Features
The finalized space includes custom elements designed for both beauty and utility:
Multi-functional Cabinetry: Addition of a new display storage case, a base cabinet, and a multi-functional cabinetry unit in the kitchen, complemented by a large new countertop and backsplash.
Custom Fireplace: Updated fireplace with a custom built mantel.
Organized Laundry: Updated laundry room with shelving and new washer and dryer units.
Enhanced Exterior: New lighting installed on the exterior door and garage, plus new house signage.
In Conclusion
This thorough renovation successfully delivered a brand new Kitchen, laundry room, and powder room. The strategic updates to the main living areas and the complete refresh of the exterior significantly increased curb appeal and resulted in a noticeable increase in property value for the homeowner.
